The Managed Service is to help businesses or individuals to sell online with help of professional worry-free technical support. We will keep your eCommerce website operational, maintain your application and server and help you improve or expand.
We will investigate reported issue and fix it with best possible solution, keeping your site functional. We will apply the AbanteCart hight quality work and coding standards. Once the issue is resolved we will report back to you.
You need to provide URL with username and password to AbanteCart admin panel, as well as, SFTP or Hosting Control panel credentials. All information provided to us will be kept very secured and never shared.
Managed Service does not cover custom development and custom design service. If you need custom functionality or design, we will be glad to provide an estimate for you, please check our IT Services for more details.
We can support most versions of AbanteCart not earlier than v1.0
There is no contract or obligations. You can request one time or monthly managed service. Monthly service can be canceled at any time.
